How inquiry submissions work

Partnership inquiries are submitted on this website to our server. We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send:

• A notification email to our partnership inbox (partnerships@marvonthemove.com), including the details you entered and a reply-to address set to your work email
• A confirmation email to the work email you provided

This site does not save inquiry submissions in its own database. Inquiry content is processed to send those emails and may appear in Resend delivery logs and in our email inboxes. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use information

We use inquiry details only to:

• Respond to partnership and collaboration requests
• Understand campaign goals and feasibility
• Keep a record of conversations related to your inquiry

Third-party services

Email delivery for inquiries is handled by Resend. This site may also load content from TikTok (embedded players) and link to Instagram and other brand sites. The site is hosted on Vercel infrastructure that may process standard server logs (such as IP address, user agent, and request time) for security and reliability.

Retention

Inquiry emails, related correspondence, and any provider delivery logs are kept as long as needed to manage the conversation and for ordinary business record-keeping, then deleted or archived when no longer required.
